Coding Reviews

Prime Practice Management will guide you to meet the CMS CQMs while maintaining patient satisfaction and volume goals. We support practices with many aspects of patient quality including health outcomes, clinical processes, patient safety, efficient use of health care resources, care coordination, patient engagements, population and public health, and clinical guidelines. Continuously measuring CQMs helps to verify that each practice is meeting internal goals by delivering effective, safe, efficient, patient-centered, equitable, and timely care.

PQRS Implementation Management
 
The Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) had used an incentive program to pay providers bonuses for participating in 2013 and 2014. Beginning this year, the program applies a payment adjustment to eligible professionals who did not satisfactorily report data on quality measures for covered professional services by 2013. Prime Practice Management will walk you through the processes needed to receive all available incentive payments - and avoid penalties.
Patient, Physician and Staff Satisfaction Surveys
 
Satisfaction Surveys help quantify feelings and opinions. This allows a practice to formalize internal controls in patient, employee and physician activities. We will build surveys customized to each practice, enter data in real-time, benchmark key measures of patient satisfaction, and allow practices to retrieve customized reports at any time.
